Puffline, Inc strives to ship every order at the earliest. However, we cannot guarantee when your order will be at your doorstep after shipping.

Schedule:

We try our hardest to ensure all customers receive their packages on time. However, due to the implementation of the vape mail ban, we are working with private courier services and delivery schedules vary on the companies. You can always use the tracking code shared with you to keep an eye on where your package is!

Note: Schedule of shipping can vary during State/Country holidays.

Delivery Services:

We are currently undergoing changes in delivery services due to the implementation of the Pact Act and are only delivering to selected states.

Note: We treat your orders with extreme precautionary measures, but we cannot guarantee that the carrier services will also do the same. Furthermore, we cannot be accountable for any mistakes or errors made by carrier services in delivering your package.

Shipping Rates:

Due to the Pact Act going into effect, all orders will require an adult’s signature upon receiving. Ground shipping services are available in certain states at a flat rate of $18.99 per order. Free shipping is available for all orders above $100.

We are working hard to ensure shipping to all states will be available at the earliest possible.

State/Country Regulations:

It is every customer’s responsibility to know your state/country laws regarding E-Cigarette before placing an order. We will not be responsible for any kind of delays or overcharges if the product is prohibited in your state/country.
